The recipient

Your contribution is made to ICON CONSULTING GmbH, Schifflände 26, 8001 Zürich, Switzerland; UID CHE-370.013.713. Contact: info@iconconsulting.ch.

Purpose and nature of support

This is a voluntary, one-time contribution towards the company’s general independent research, concept development, visual communication, writing and associated operating costs. The company is a commercial GmbH; the payment is not presented as a charitable donation. No tax deduction or charitable receipt is promised.

No investment or purchased benefit

A contribution does not provide shares, ownership, a loan, interest, profit participation, repayment rights, financial returns, intellectual-property rights or a commissioned service. It does not guarantee that a concept will be constructed or completed. It does not make the contributor a client or an official project partner.

Amount and payment

You choose an amount in CHF within the limits shown on the payment page. The payment is one-off and does not authorise recurring charges. Payment processing and available payment methods are provided through Mollie. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion charges. Check the total before confirming payment on the payment provider’s page.

Commercial sponsorships

If you would like publicity, logo placement, licensing, commissioned work or any other benefit in exchange for payment, please contact ICON first. Such an arrangement requires a separate written agreement and appropriate invoicing. This contribution page does not include those benefits.

Mistakes, duplicate payments and refunds

If you believe a contribution was made in error, duplicated or unauthorised, contact info@iconconsulting.ch promptly with the payment reference, date and amount. Do not send card details. ICON will review the request and, where a refund is due or agreed, arrange it through the original payment route where possible. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. No refund is initiated automatically by revisiting the return page.

Confirmation and records

The return page displays a payment as confirmed only after its status has been checked with the payment provider. A pending, failed, expired or cancelled payment is not a confirmed contribution. Payment records are retained as necessary for accounting, reconciliation, legal duties and dispute handling.

Your information

Payment information is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. The site does not collect card numbers or online-banking credentials. You confirm that you are entitled to use the selected payment method and have the capacity or authorisation to make the contribution.

Applicable terms

Swiss law applies to the extent legally permissible, without excluding applicable mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules. These Support Terms concern voluntary contributions only; professional engagements are governed by their separate written agreement.
