Prices and currency
Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF). VAT or other taxes are handled according to the applicable legal and invoicing requirements.
Payment provider
Online payments may be processed by Mollie or another approved payment provider. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not exposed in ICON frontend code.
Order confirmation
A fixed-scope order is accepted when payment is successfully confirmed and ICON has sufficient client information to begin delivery.
Scope changes
Requests outside the purchased scope may require a separate quotation or additional fee.
Bespoke mandates
Projects marked “from” or “request proposal” are not automatically purchased at the displayed starting price. A written scope and commercial proposal will be agreed first.
Chargebacks and disputes
Clients should contact info@iconconsulting.ch before initiating a payment dispute so any delivery or billing issue can be reviewed promptly.
Preise und Währung
Soweit nicht anders angegeben, werden Preise in Schweizer Franken (CHF) ausgewiesen. MWST oder andere Steuern werden nach den anwendbaren gesetzlichen und abrechnungstechnischen Anforderungen behandelt.
Zahlungsanbieter
Online-Zahlungen können über Mollie oder einen anderen freigegebenen Zahlungsanbieter verarbeitet werden. Zahlungsdaten werden beim Anbieter verarbeitet und nicht im ICON-Frontend offengelegt.
Bestellbestätigung
Eine klar definierte Bestellung gilt als angenommen, wenn die Zahlung erfolgreich bestätigt ist und ICON ausreichende Kundeninformationen für den Start erhalten hat.
Änderungen des Umfangs
Leistungen außerhalb des gekauften Umfangs können ein separates Angebot oder Zusatzhonorar erfordern.
Individuelle Mandate
Projekte mit „ab“ oder „Angebot anfragen“ werden nicht automatisch zum angezeigten Startpreis gekauft. Zuerst wird ein schriftlicher Umfang und ein kommerzielles Angebot vereinbart.
Chargebacks und Streitfälle
Bei Abrechnungs- oder Leistungsfragen soll der Kunde zunächst info@iconconsulting.ch kontaktieren.
Prix et devise
Sauf indication contraire, les prix sont affichés en francs suisses (CHF). TVA et taxes sont traitées selon les exigences applicables.
Prestataire de paiement
Les paiements en ligne peuvent être traités par Mollie ou un autre prestataire approuvé. Les données de paiement restent chez le prestataire et ne sont pas exposées dans le frontend ICON.
Confirmation de commande
Une commande à périmètre défini est acceptée lorsque le paiement est confirmé et que les informations nécessaires à la prestation sont disponibles.
Modification du périmètre
Les demandes hors périmètre peuvent nécessiter un devis ou des frais supplémentaires.
Mandats sur mesure
Les projets marqués « à partir de » ou « demander une proposition » ne sont pas automatiquement achetés au prix de départ affiché. Un périmètre et une proposition écrite sont d’abord convenus.
Litiges de paiement
En cas de question, contactez d’abord info@iconconsulting.ch afin que la situation puisse être examinée rapidement.
Prezzi e valuta
Salvo diversa indicazione, i prezzi sono in franchi svizzeri (CHF). IVA o altre imposte sono gestite secondo i requisiti applicabili.
Provider di pagamento
I pagamenti online possono essere elaborati da Mollie o altro provider approvato. Le credenziali di pagamento restano presso il provider e non sono esposte nel frontend ICON.
Conferma ordine
Un ordine a perimetro definito è accettato quando il pagamento è confermato e ICON dispone delle informazioni necessarie per iniziare.
Modifiche di scope
Richieste fuori dal perimetro acquistato possono richiedere un preventivo separato o costo aggiuntivo.
Mandati su misura
I progetti indicati “da” o “richiedi proposta” non vengono acquistati automaticamente al prezzo iniziale. Prima viene concordato uno scope scritto e una proposta commerciale.
